Bounced up 10 lbs after Easter with the inlaws. Removed 6 of those lbs through diligence this week.
Resumed better eating patterns & excercise this week. Layed off bell in favor of desperately needed yard work. 30 min this morning before work & 30 min this afternoon afterwork.
Will continue this pattern for at least a week. Working bell back into routine ( at least 20 minutes every day to start)
330# today. But have a massive effort planned for next 30 days. We see what kind of results I can generate with total focus :-)
