Resumed KB workouts today

Did

Superjoints
5 sets squats with weight
3 sets of 10 2 handed swings
3 sets of 10 snatches.

took about 25 minutes, but boy am I sore.  Definitely paying for layoff.

yeah yeah I know no pain no gain.

You haven't lost any ground. What's your goal for March 1st?

Goal is 325. Would be happy anywhere under 330.

More focused on activity goal. If I accomplish that everything else will fall into place.

My goal to do 20-30 min exercise everyday (minimum) between now & Mar 1. I want to be able to sustain a 30 minute workout by then.
